Opened in the summer of 2018, the bistro was established to provide delicious, from-scratch, nothin' fancy, just delicious food and excellent beer to Canaan and the surrounding towns. Living right in the center of town, Sam and Audrey had long wished there was a good takeout spot nearby, even better if it served up a good drink to go along with it. When the space became available they jumped at the chance to open a little dinner place to try to provide something they'd been craving in town.

We serve made-to-order, made-from-scratch meals from our small kitchen with changing specials and seasonal ingredients. All of our specials are made in small batches so get them while you can! There are only the two of us here, so the food may take a bit of time, but we promise it will be worth the wait.

We do not take reservations at this time, as we are such a small restaurant and there are only two of us managing the flow. Feel free to give us a call and we can let you know how busy we are at the time you're hoping to come in. We hope to serve you soon!
